Graduated from Temple University in 1959 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. Elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, National Honorary Business Society. Awarded a fellowship to the University of Illinois for graduate study in economics.
Successfully completed the six month Dean Witter & Company Training Course in satisfaction of the requirement for association with that firm as an Account Executive.
Satisfied, via examination in 1966, the requirements for licensing with the New York Stock Exchange and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a General Securities Representative (including commodities and options).
Employed in the Pension and Financial Consulting fields since 1971.
Licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as an agent for life insurance, accident & health insurance, and annuities.
Consulted with clients regarding various aspects of their corporate and personal insurance needs: life, disability income, health and long-term care. Sold and serviced products in each of the foregoing insurance areas.
Successfully guided several hundred corporate retirement plans through the ERISA transition era and each of the many subsequent legislative and regulatory revisions.
Satisfied, via successful completion of the Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam (Series 65) in 1995, the requirements to be an Investment Advisor Representative.
Consulted with clients regarding multiple aspects of their investment needs and objectives, for both personal and retirement plan assets; structured all aspects of corporate 401(k) retirement programs utilizing various investment funding vehicles; served in capacity of consultant in selecting and monitoring independent investment advisors for client asset pools.
